Where does Green Directory get its information?

We publish Optimum Phone customer listing information, supplemented by non-Optimum residential and business listing information licensed from an unaffiliated third-party data supplier.

Does Optimum sell its directory information to third parties for marketing purposes?

No, Optimum does not sell customer data for marketing purposes. However, the contents of the Green Directory are publicly accessible.

How can I edit my residential listing?

If you are an Optimum Phone subscriber, please contact us at 877-794-2724 to make any changes to your listing. Changes may take several days to appear on the site.


If you are not an Optimum Phone subscriber and you’d like to make changes to your listing, contact your local telephone provider to update your listing. When your provider submits a change request, your listing will be updated on the Green Directory website.

How can I edit my business listing?

If you are an Optimum Business Phone customer, please contact us at 800-490-9604 to make any changes to your listing. Changes may take several days to appear on the site.


If you are not an Optimum Phone subscriber and you’d like to make changes to your listing, contact your local telephone provider to update your listing. When your provider submits a change request, your listing will be updated on the Green Directory website.

How can I remove my listing?

Optimum Phone customers may contact us at 877-794-2724 to remove your listing. An additional monthly fee is charged for a non-published telephone number.


If you want to remove your listing and you are not an Optimum customer, contact your local telephone provider (an additional fee may apply).
